Business Genie was born out of a desire to simplify trades businesses. Our mission is straightforward: to create the easiest, most efficient software for small trades companies.
Are there any transaction fees?
We don't charge any fees for processing with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
There is a transaction fee of 2.95% + $0.25 per transaction for credit card processing, 0.75% + $1.00 per transaction for ACH transactions, and a $30 monthly maintenance fee for the payment gateway.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings in the app.

Yes, we offer customer support for all users. You can reach us via email, phone, or live chat for any assistance you may need.
Can I send invoices and estimates via SMS?
